If your university Taekwondo club is interested in hosting the BSTF National Championships next year, the BSTF are here to help you every step of the way!

The BSTF have prepared a sample proposal document (click here) for which university clubs may wish to use in their bid to host the next BSTF National Championships. Your proposal needs to outline specific details of your bid, including information about your university, the sports hall, potential dates of the event and costing.

It is advised to inform the BSTF (student.taekwondo@googlemail.com) and prepare bids of your intention to host the event as early as possible to get the ball rolling. A sample timeline of how past events have been organised is provided (click here) to help organise the nationals and form part of your bidding pack.

Please do not be daunted by the prospect of hosting the event at your university. The BSTF has nearly 25 years of experience behind it, and are more than prepared to assist you in making the competition a success.
